Growing up as a military child, her formative years were spent absorbing the rich landscapes and cultures of places like the Florida Panhandle. These experiences, along with her professional journey in public relations and her deep connection to family and faith, have profoundly influenced her work.

Following the heartbreaking loss of her two-year-old daughter, Kirsten found solace in her art, channeling her grief into discovering the unexpected beauty around her. Kirsten currently resides in Woodstock, Georgia but considers Tennessee, where she raised her kids, her home.
