Małgorzata Sadowska Majewska

Malgorzata Sadowska Majewska engages in drawing, painting, crafts and various elements of design. Her themes are mainly landscapes, portraits and genre painting. Drawing is a distinct part of her art, she has created her own technique and has been developing it for many years. In drawing, her work often focuses on poetic surrealism, and magical realism.

She studied graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Poland from 1981-1987. She earned a second degree in illustration and contributed to illustrations for the novel “One Hundred Years of Solitude” by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
